Check of an electric chain of a clutch coupling of the K/V compressor

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Serviceability of functioning of a clutch coupling of the compressor is the key to trouble-free operation of the air conditioning system.
2. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, transfer To/in to the mode of the maximum intensity of cooling and turn on the fan on the maximum speed. In order to avoid automatic shutdown of system open all doors of salon.
3. Ask the assistant to press the А/С button (K/V) and watch a part of the compressor a lobby. The clutch coupling has to publish clearly distinguishable click after which its central part will begin to rotate. If it does not occur, kill the engine and disconnect an electrical wiring from pressure sensor switch To / V. Peremknite of the electrical wiring plait socket plug by means of an office paper clip. If now coupling begins to work normally, therefore excessive increase or pressure in system takes place. Drive away the car for more detailed diagnostics in a specialized workshop of car service.
4. If coupling of the compressor still does not work as it is required, check a condition of the corresponding safety locks, - take a safety lock No. 3 of the assembly block located at the left under the dashboard and also a safety lock No. 58 of the large block located in a motive compartment (on a back partition).
5. Also remove the relay of coupling of the compressor (the assembly block in a motive compartment) and make check of serviceability of its functioning (see the Head Onboard electric equipment). At the taken relay and the switched-off ignition make sure available battery tension on the first nest of the relay (the scheme of an arrangement of contact plugs the same that for the fan relay). At the included ignition tension of the battery has to take place on a nest 4.
6. At the working engine and which is switched on To/in by means of wires crossing points connect nests 1 and 2 to the relay of coupling of the compressor, - at the time of connection the coupling has to publish distinct click.
7. If coupling still does not work, again switch off ignition, disconnect an electrical wiring from the coupling and by means of a long wire crossing point and an ohmmeter make sure available conductivity between the contact plug 2 on the plug of the relay of coupling and a compressor coupling socket nest. If conductivity is absent, check a chain for break on the site between the assembly block and the socket of the coupling. If conductivity takes place, Make sure of lack of break of a chain on the site between the assembly block and RSM.
