System of blocking - the general information, check of a state, replacement and adjustment of an electromagnet of management

The models of cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety (SRS). Before starting performance of any works near the block of a safety cushion, a steering column or the dashboard, disconnect SRS in order to avoid getting injured at its casual operation (see the Head Onboard electric equipment). It is easy to distinguish an electrical wiring of a chain of SRS on yellow color of isolation.

General information

On all models equipped with AT the system of blocking preventing inadvertent switchings of a box is provided. The system of blocking consists of two subsystems: systems of blocking of gear shifting and system of blocking of a key.

System of blocking of a key

The system prevents a possibility of extraction of a key from the ignition lock until the lever of the selector is not transferred to situation "P". At introduction of a key to the lock in any excellent from "Р" position of the lever there is an activation of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism making extraction of a key impossible. To take a key, transfer the lever to the situation demanded ("Р").

System of blocking of gear shifting

The system prevents a possibility of the translation of the lever of the selector from situation "P" in provisions "R" or "D" without squeezing of a pedal of a foot brake. Blocking joins also at simultaneous squeezing of pedals of a brake and accelerator. In case of refusal systems the lever can be unblocked by introduction of a key to a special groove near lever assembly.

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The checks of electromagnetic actuation mechanisms of both blocking given below can are made by own forces of the amateur mechanic in house conditions. More detailed diagnostics of system has to be carried out in the conditions of a workshop of car service.

2. Remove the lower section of finishing of the dashboard and a knee emphasis (see the Head Kuzov).

3. Disunite the 7-contact socket of the main plait of an electrical wiring.

4. Check the socket for existence of conductivity between plugs in various provisions of the switch of ignition. At a key utaplivaniye in the lock between plugs 5 and 7 of the socket conductivity has to take place, at a key otpuskaniye, - no.
5. Make sure that extraction of a key is not possible when giving tension of the battery on plugs 7 (+) and 3 (-).
6. If the key is not taken, therefore, the system of blocking functions regularly, otherwise it is necessary to replace assembly of the lock of ignition (see the Head Onboard electric equipment). Locks in an individual order are not issued.

7. Remove the console (see the Head Kuzov).

8. Disunite the 2-contact socket of the electromagnetic device of blocking of gear shifting.

9. By means of two wires crossing points for a moment connect the battery to socket plugs (a positive pole - to the plug 1, negative - to the plug 2), - at the given food the possibility of switching of the lever has to be absent, otherwise the device is subject to replacement.

Violation of polarity of connection of the battery is fraught with failure of the diode in electromagnetic assembly.

10. Remove wires crossing points and transfer the selector lever back to situation "P".
11. Make sure that blocking of the lever is turned off at its utaplivaniye and again works at an otpuskaniye.

12. Remove the central console (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

13. Disunite the 4-contact socket of the sensor switch of position of the lever of the selector around placement of the central console.

14. Transfer the lever to situation "P" and make sure available conductivity between socket plugs 3 and 4.
15. Now transfer the lever to situation "N", - conductivity between plugs 3 and 4 has to disappear.
16. At negative results of the check described above replace the sensor switch.

Replacement and adjustment of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

The procedure described below is related only to the gear shifting lock. Information on replacement of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism of blocking of the ignition key is provided in the Section devoted to replacement of the cylinder of the lock of ignition (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).

1. Remove the central console (see the Head Kuzov).
2. Disunite the 2-contact socket of an electrical wiring of the electromagnetic actuation mechanism.

3. Having hooked, remove a clamp of the actuation mechanism.

4. Remove assembly of the actuation mechanism with a plunger and a plunger spring.
5. Installation is made upside-down.
