Check and replacement of electromagnetic valves of management of functioning of transmission

CHECK

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Three pairs of electromagnetic valves of management of functioning of transmission are subject to check: The valve of management of blocking/switching And, valves of management of switching In and With and valves of management of coupling pressure.

2. Disunite the 2-contact electric socket of assembly of the electromagnetic valve of management of blocking/switching And yes measure resistance between each of socket plugs (from the valve) and weight. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. In case of need replace assembly of the valve.

3. By means of a wire crossing point serially connect each of socket plugs to a positive pole of the battery, - distinctly heard click accompanying operation of each of valves has to sound. If the click is not heard, it is necessary to drive away the car on car repair shop for performing full-scale diagnostics of ESM and contours of electromagnetic valves.

4. Disunite 2-contact electric sockets of electromagnetic valves of management of gear shifting and measure resistance between plugs 1 and 2 of each of them. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. In case of need replace assembly of the defective valve.

5. By means of a wire crossing point serially connect the plug 2 sockets of each of valves to a positive pole of the battery, - the plug 1 should be grounded. Distinctly heard click accompanying operation of each of valves has to sound. If the click is not heard, the defective valve is subject to replacement.

6. Disunite contact sockets of valves of management of pressure of coupling and measure resistance between plugs 1 and 2 of each of sockets. Compare results of measurements to requirements of spices. In case of need replace the defective valve.

7. By means of a wire crossing point serially connect the plug 1 of each of valves to a positive pole of the battery, - the plug 2 should be grounded. Distinctly heard click accompanying operation of each of valves has to sound. If the click is not heard, the defective valve is subject to replacement.

REPLACEMENT

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

It is not possible to make replacement of only one of electromagnetic valves (And yes managements of coupling pressure) in an individual order, - their replacement is made assembled whereas valves B and C can be replaced separately.

1. Turn out fixing bolts and remove valvate assembly.

2. Carefully wipe the interfaced surfaces and clean maslotok.
3. Replace sealing laying / ring and establish new valvate assembly on the regular place. Tighten fixing bolts with the required effort.
4. Check the electric socket for existence of signs of pollution and oxidation of contact plugs, in case of need clean and again connect.
5. Check serviceability of functioning of electromagnetic valves of management.
