Removal and installation of supports of disk brake mechanisms
|

Remember that the dust produced in the course of operation of brake mechanisms may contain extremely unhealthy asbestos of the person. Do not blow off dust compressed air at all and do not inhale it, - at service of mechanisms put on a protective mask or a respirator. Do not use for rubbing of components of the brake system gasoline or solvents on an oil basis at all, - apply only company cleaners or methyl alcohol!
Supports of both brake mechanisms of one axis have to change at the same time. |
Brake mechanisms of forward wheels
REMOVAL
|
|
|
1. Weaken wheel nuts. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove wheels.
2. Disconnect from a support the hydraulic line, for the purpose of minimization of losses of brake fluid, and also, in order to avoid hit in a path of dirt to a zakuporta nipple connection.

3. Turn out fixing bolts. |
4. Remove a support from an anchor bracket. |

INSTALLATION
|
|
|
1. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace copper sealing washers (laying) on both sides of the nipple socket of connection to a support of a brake hose. Usually the set of new laying is applied in a remnabor. Tighten bolts of fastening of a support and a hollow bolt of nipple connection with the required effort.
2. Pump over a brake contour (see the Section Pumping of the Brake System). Check nipple connections of brake lines for existence of signs of leaks.
3. Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of wheels with the required effort (see Specifications to the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance). Before starting operation of the car check serviceability of functioning of brakes. |

Brake mechanisms of back wheels REMOVAL

|
1. Weaken wheel nuts. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove back wheels.

2. Release the lever of the parking brake, take a clamp and release a driving cable from the arm on the back party of a support of the brake mechanism. |
|
|
3. Disconnect a driving cable from the executive lever on a support. |
|
|
4. Turn out a hollow bolt of nipple connection of a brake hose on a support. Zakuporte of an opening by means of couple of pieces of a rubber hose. |

|
5. Turn out bolts of fastening of a support. |
