1. The considered models of cars are equipped with the antenna of wire type fixed on back glass. The signal accepted by the antenna amplifies the electromagnetic coil installed under the back shelf of salon. 2. At emergence of problems with reception of radio signals check existence of conductivity in a connecting electrical wiring of the antenna.

3. Wrap up ohmmeter probes aluminum foil and probe it threads of a reception lattice of the antenna. One probe nestles on one of antenna plugs, will see the second along lattice threads to identification of a point of break. |
4. In case of break identification, restoration of a lattice is made in the manner similar described in the Section Check of Serviceability of Functioning and Recovery Repair of a Heater of Back Glass for Repair of a Conducting Lattice of Heating of Back Glass.

5. If the accepting lattice as it should be, check a condition of the electromagnetic coil of the antenna amplifier. Disconnect two plaits of an electrical wiring from assembly of the amplifier. From the bobbin party of the 1-contact socket check existence between the only plug and weight. If conductivity takes place, replace the coil.

For simplification of a rassoyedineniye of sockets release two clamps of fastening of a cover on the lower party of the amplifier. Read out indications of an ohmmeter only several seconds later after its connection. At the first moment the device can record conductivity which later can already reduce 20 seconds to zero. During this test also conductivity of the coil is checked. |

6. Make sure of lack of conductivity between two plugs of the 2-contact socket from the opposite side of assembly of the amplifier. If conductivity takes place, replace the coil (see the Remark to paragraph 5).

7. For replacement of the coil remove the back shelf (see the Head Kuzov) and give two fixing screws. |
