Removal and installation of an intermediate shaft

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Weaken nuts of fastening of the left forward wheel. A car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.
2. Merge gearbox oil (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
3. Remove a damping fork and release the lower control lever of a suspension bracket from assembly of a rotary fist (see the Head Podvesk and steering).
4. Having hooked the lever for a casing, release a pin of the internal CV JOINT from assembly of an intermediate shaft. Take a power shaft aside and tie up it a wire to a suspension bracket element (do not leave a power shaft hanging on the external CV JOINT at all!).

5. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a support of the bearing of an intermediate shaft to the engine block. Take a shaft from transmission, - try not to damage a differential epiploon.

6. Check freedom of rotation of the basic bearing (holding the bearing, rotate a shaft). In case of identification of breakthroughs and points of jamming it is necessary to deliver assembly of a shaft in a workshop of car service as replacement of the bearing is made by means of the special tool.

1. Grease epiploon sponges in a transmission case with universal lubricant. Accurately fill a pin of an intermediate shaft in a nest of a side gear wheel of differential. Screw bolts of fastening of a support of the bearing and tighten them with the require
