Removal and installation of levers of a back suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Weaken nuts of fastening of the corresponding wheel. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove a wheel.

Top lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut of a through bolt of fastening of the top lever of a suspension bracket to stupichny assembly. Also remove a nut of a spherical finger of a support of the lever. By means of a 2-gripping stripper separate the lever from stupichny assembly.
2. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm of a brake hose, take the brake line aside.
3. On the models equipped with ABS remove the wheel sensor in order to avoid casual damage of its electrical wiring.

4. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the internal end of the top lever to the chassis.

5. Remove the top lever. Check a condition of rubber plugs of the lever, estimate a weak point of landing and degree of wear of the spherical hinge. Replace the worn-out and damaged components.
6. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort. Do not forget to record a koronchaty nut of a spherical finger the new forelock (see the Remark to paragraph 1 of the Section Removal and installation of a rotary fist).

Lower lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give a nut of a bolt of fastening of the lower lever to stupichny assembly.
2. Turn out an axial bolt of fastening of the internal end of the lower lever to the chassis.

3. Remove assembly of the lower lever.
4. Check a condition of rubber plugs, in case of need replace the lever.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

Forward longitudinal lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a basic arm of a driving cable of the parking brake from the longitudinal lever.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to stupichny assembly.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to the chassis.

4. Remove the forward longitudinal lever.
5. Check a condition of the plug installed in a forward part of the lever. In case of detection of defects replace the lever.
6. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

Longitudinal lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to stupichny assembly.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the lever to the chassis.

3. Remove the lever.
4. Check a condition of the plug installed since the internal end of the lever. In case of detection of defects replace the lever.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.

Control lever

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Give hectare (see an accompanying illustration).
2. Mark the provision of an adjusting cam in relation to a basic arm of the internal end of the lever. Give a nut, and take a bolt of fastening of the lever to the chassis.

3. Remove the lever.
4. Check a condition of rubber plugs of the lever. In case of detection of defects replace the lever.
5. Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of combination of the landing marking put in the course of dismantle (see paragraph 2). Tighten all fixture with the required effort.
