1. For the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid press the giving hose of the steering pump.
2. On the V6 models uncover the inlet pipeline.

3. Disconnect the giving hose and the pressure head line from the pump. Pay attention to distinction between hoses of the giving and pressure head lines, the first fastens to the pump by means of a collar of spring type whereas nipple connection of the second is equipped with two bolts. In order to avoid hit in system of dirt at once to a zakuporta the open ends of the disconnected lines.

4. Turn out fixing and adjusting bolts of the steering pump. Remove the pump. |
5. Installation is made upside-down. At connection of the pressure head line replace a sealing ring of nipple connection. Do not forget to remove at the end of the procedure air from steering system (see the Section Removal of Air from a hydraulic path of system of strengthening of a wheel) and to adjust effort of a tension of a driving belt (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance). |
