Replacement of filters of the air conditioning system

(each 48 000 km [30 000 miles] of a run or time in 24 months)

The system of additional safety (SRS) better known under the name of system of safety cushions is included in a basic equipment of the models considered in the present manual. Before starting performance of any works around an arrangement of sensors of the directed overloads, a steering column or the dashboard, without fail disconnect the SRS system in order to avoid the casual operation of pillows fraught with receiving serious injuries (see the Head Onboard electric equipment).


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The considered models are equipped with two elements filtering the air forced in salon by air conditioning system. Filters are placed in the casing located near the K/V evaporator, on the right under the dashboard.
2. Remove assembly of a ware box (see the Head Kuzov).

3. Turn out three fixing screws and remove a stiffening rib of a ware box.

4. Release the clamp located from below and uncover a casing of filters of the К/В system.

5. Take from a casing at first the lower filtering element, then top.

6. Release old filters from the holders and replace them new.

7. Installation is made upside-down.
