Removal and installation of covers of heads of cylinders

REMOVAL

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Disconnect from the wire VV spark plugs, remove basic arms and shift them aside. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the sensor of temperature of the oil located from above on a cover of a back head of cylinders is closer to a gas-distributing belt.
3. Remove the top inlet pipeline (see the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
4. In the left part of a cover of a back head disconnect a hose of PCV and turn out a bolt of fastening of a basic arm of a hose of the steering pump. Shift a hose aside.
5. Disconnect a ventilating hose from the left wall of a cover of a back head of cylinders. Take a hose aside.

6. Turn out fixing bolts and uncover a head of cylinders. If the cover "stuck" and does not give in to separation from a head, accurately tap it the hammer through a wooden pro-rate.

You do not make attempts of office of a cover by a podrychazhivaniye it for the interfaced surface at all, - any mechanical damages of the last are capable to lead to development of leaks.

7. Remove old laying and sealing washers, then carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a head and a cover. Make sure of serviceability of a condition of the PCV valve (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance) and return it on the regular place on a head cover.

INSTALLATION

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lay new sealing laying in the landing flute, put on sealing washers fixing bolts.
2. Establish a cover on a head of cylinders, screw fixing bolts and tighten them in three stages with the required effort.

Sealing washers and places of their contact with a cover and head before installation will be reasonable to be greased with soap solution slightly.

3. Installation of the remained components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
