Honda Accord

1. Dump pressure in a power supply system (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

3. Disconnect from the throttle case an inlet air duct, drafts of a butterfly valve, and also a vsha hoses and an electrical wiring (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). Zakuporte the hoses of a cooling path brought to the throttle case.

4. Remove all plastic covers provided by a design from the inlet pipeline.

5. Working as it should be, the return specified illustrations, give fixing bolts and nuts and remove the pipeline with the throttle case fixed on it. 6. Before installation of the top pipeline carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of lower, having removed from them all traces of material of old laying and sealant. Wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone. Put on three fixing hairpins on the lower pipeline new laying, then install the top pipeline and tighten fixture with the required effort in strictly certain order. Check the level of cooling liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).

1. Remove the steering pump (see the Head Podvesk and steering) and not, disconnecting hoses, take it aside.
2. Previously having marked, disconnect an electrical wiring from fuel injection injectors. Remove from the lower inlet pipeline fuel highways (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

3. Give fixing bolts and nuts and remove both sections of the lower inlet pipeline from heads of cylinders. If any of sections "stuck" and does not give in to office, tap it on perimeter the hammer.

You do not make attempts of office of the pipeline by a podrychazhivaniye of its sections for the interfaced surfaces at all, - any mechanical damages of the last are capable to lead to development of leaks. Injectors of injection of fuel I can be left on the regular places.

4. By means of a scraper from rather soft material accurately clear the interfaced surfaces of the pipeline and heads of cylinders of the remains of sealant and traces of material of old laying, then wipe with their rags moistened in acetone.

5. Lay new laying, then establish on heads of cylinders of section of the lower inlet pipeline.

Track that laying correctly was placed on the directing pins. Screw fixture of sections.

6. In three stages tighten fixture with the required effort. In order to avoid development of deformations, move from the center of sections to their edges, passing from one fastener to another in a diagonal order.
7. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
8. Check the level of cooling liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see the Head Nastroyki and routine maintenance).
9. Start the engine and check it for existence of leak of fuel and cooling liquid. Also make sure of lack of losses of depression.
