1. Take off a gas-distributing belt and a cogwheel of a bent shaft (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of the GRM drive).
|
2. Having accurately hooked the special tool or the big screw-driver, take an old epiploon from the landing nest. Try not to leave scratches and zadir on a surface of a pin of a shaft or walls of a landing nest, - existence of similar defects will lead to bystry failure of a new epiploon. |
3. Clear internal surfaces of a landing nest. Slightly grease the outer edge of a new epiploon with pure motive oil, in sponges of an epiploon fill universal lubricant.
|
4. Having used a face head of the corresponding size, or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter as a mandrel, put a new epiploon in the nest (the mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of a face surface of an epiploon) on the same depth on which old was drowned. Having put an epiploon, make sure that the expansion spring did not jump out of the flute. |
5. Establish into place a cogwheel of a bent shaft and a gas-distributing belt (see the Section Removal, check of a state and installation of a gas-distributing belt and cogwheels of the GRM drive). 6. Start the engine and check it for existence of signs of leak of oil around landing of a forward epiploon. |
